Here are the links to the JNC7 report. It is available as a pdf file.The first is the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute which contains the full text. It is 52 pages long. The second link is to the JAMA site that has the full report in a more compact document (13 pages). The JAMA site does have all the tables.
