Your Access to the WebCT Server

A successful
connection results in a success message that opens in another window. |
Success
Message
If you get a success message, you should be able to get to WebCT.
Failed:
Blank Page or Page Not Found
If your test did not result in a "Success" message, try this link: Alternate
link to UMDNJ's WebCT Server.
If the alternate link works, you will be able to access webct by logging
in using this link: http://10.34.5.107:8900/webct/homearea/homearea?.
In
a few days you can try the link on the Login page again. If it continues
to fail, you may continue to use the alternate link and notify
your network administrator of the problem you are having.
If
neither of the above links results in a "Success" message,
check www.umdnj.edu/webct for announcements at for announcements
about planned or unplanned outages.
No outages reported?
Your inability
to access WebCT may be related to the security settings on
your computer or on your network. They must be set to
allow access to IP address
10.34.5.107
and port 8900. If you are unable
to change these settings, send this information to your
network administrator. If
the security settings cannot be changed, you will need to
use a computer on a different network.
