Trouble Logging into WebCT from my.UMDNJ

• Invalid WebCT Username
  
• Nothing happens when I click on the WebCT Campus Edition link.
  
• Window opens with blank page or Page Not Found.

Invalid WebCT User Name

Follow each of these steps to clear your browser's cache (temporary files) and cookies.

1. In the window that shows "Invalid webct user name", hold down the shift key and click the Browser's refresh or reload button. You may need to click it 2 or 3 times. Try the link for WebCT. If you continue to see "Invalid webct username" try the next step.

2. Close the window where you saw the error message and keep my.UMDNJ open and and any other browser windows. Use the Browsers options to clear your browser's temporary files/cache/cookies. Try the link for WebCT.If you continue to see "Invalid webct username" try the next step.

4. If it fails again close all open windows of the browser and restart the browser and try to re-enter WebCT. If you continue to see "Invalid webct username" try the next step.

5. Reboot your computer and try again.

Nothing happens when I click on the WebCT Campus Edition link in the My Courses Channel in my.UMDNJ

Make sure all pop-up blockers are turned off.

Try using your right side mouse button and select "Open in new Window'.
