General Suggestions
for errors
If one
suggestion does not resolve the problem, try the next one.

Close
all windows of your browser, restart the browser and try again.

Simultaneously
hold down the Control (CTRL), ALT and Delete keys, select the
browser and End Task, restart the browser and try again.

Restart
the computer, restart the browser and try again.
-
If
you continue to get the error message, return to the previous
page you were viewing and follow instructions for getting additional
help.

Possible
reasons:
|
When
attempting to self-register into a training or course, WebCT
detects that someone is currently logged into WebCT on your
computer. It could be you or the previous user. |
|
Remedy:
|
If
you did not try to register or log into WebCT during
the current session, use the general
suggestions.
If
you did log into WebCT or attempted to self-register
during the current session, click on the Return to myWebCT
link, and review the courses listed to confirm that
you are not already registered for the desired training
or course. If you are not already registered, click the
LOGOUT button at the top of the myWebCT screen, return to
the registration page and try again.

Your
WebCT ID matches a User Name in the course.

Possible
reasons:

You are
already enrolled in the training or course.

Remedy:

Log into
WebCT and look for the training under the list of Courses.
