SOM's curriculum is responsive to the changing health care environment. The first and second year includes clinical instruction and community experiences. The third and fourth years concentrate on patient care, learning from clinical faculty at three hospitals and in the fifty-plus offices of the school's faculty practice plan, The University Doctors. Core clinical rotations include: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Psychiatry, Geriatrics, Surgery, Radiology and Emergency Medicine. more
