All visitor parking is available at the Parking Garage on 12th Avenue (at an hourly rate) which is adjacent to the Doctor's Office Center. Employee parking is available in Lot number 5 located on Fairmount Avenue and Lot numbers 6 and 7 located in front of the Stanley S. Bergen Building. Handicapped parking spaces are available on all lots.

PATH and Amtrak rail lines and New Jersey Transit buses and trains serve Penn Station in downtown Newark, about a mile from the UMDNJ campus. The #21 and #34 buses stop at the campus. Taxi service is available to and from Penn Station and Newark International Airport.
