To apply for the NJ National Guard Tuition Credit Program:

The form (Commander's Certificate of Eligibility [NJDMAVA Form 621-2R]) is obtained either through your National Guard unit or from your School records offices. The form should be signed by the Commander of your National Guard unit. Students must also apply for financial aid through their campus office and obtain Guard participation verification from their Guard Unit.

How do I access my grades?

Log on to the UMDNJ web site (www.umdnj.edu) and click the link entitled my.umdnj.
Log in to the UMDNJ web portal using your user name and password. In the event you do not have a user name and/or password or you are having problems with either or both, click one of the following links at the log in page:

At the log in screen you will also find additional help topics for utilizing my.umdnj.

After accessing the portal, scroll down to the section entitled "Banner Self-Service" and click the link titled "Student & Financial Aid" to obtain grades and other related information.
