Biography
Taekyun Kim is a full-time doctoral student and a research assistant at Rutgers-Newark. He earned a B.A, in political science at the Chung-Ang University in South Korea in 2007. He holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Florida State University. His area of interest is educational policy, especially the relationship of student achievement to teacher quality and expenditures. He worked at FloridaTaxWatch and participated in a study of Florida’s expenditures for primary and secondary schools.
