Biography
Amanda earned a B.A. in political science and philosophy at the University of Delaware in 2004. She earned a Masters in Public Administration, specializing in state and local government, at the University of Delaware. During her graduate career she worked on an educational policy report. After four years working for the state of Delaware she returned to school to study urban education policy.
