Go to List of Docs...

How do you find the best medical specialist in the state for your particular affliction? Easy. Pull out a copy of New Jersey Monthly's November 1998 cover story, "Top Docs: New Jersey Physicians Name the Doctors They'd Go To."

The physician list is subdivided into 40 specialties, and was compiled through a peer review method asking doctors, "If a close friend or loved one needed a doctor in your specialty, to whom would you refer them?" More than 65 percent of the time, it was a physician affiliated with UMDNJ. We just want to say that we're not surprised.

Because we want to be sure that everyone at the University knows what good company they keep, we've requested permission to reprint the names of those who are UMDNJ faculty or alumni.

We'll take the kudos. Any questions can be directed to 888-DOCTORS.
