"Surgical Exposure and Orthodontic Repositioning of an Impacted Mandibular Premolar," by John Ricciani, DMD, clinical assistant professor, General Dentistry and Community Health, was in the Journal of the New Jersey Dental Association, Vol. 70, No. 3, Summer 1999.

"Wheat Germ Agglutinin Conjugated to TRITC: A Novel Approach for Labeling Primary Projection Neurons of Peripheral Afferent Nerves," by Andrea Sawczuk, DDS, PhD, assistant professor, Oral Pathology, Biology and Diagnostic Sciences, and David Covell, DDS, assistant professor, Orthodontics, was in the Journal of Neuroscience Methods, Vol. 93, 1999.

Grants:

Daniel Fine, DMD, professor, Dental Research Center, received two, one-year grants from the Warner Lambert Company for $50,000 and $75,000 to study "The Effect of Listerine on Oral Malodor Bacteria."

Honors:

Cecile Feldman, DMD, acting dean, Office of the Dean, was elected to the Board of Directors of the ADA Health Foundation.
