ON A LEADERSHIP TRACK

    Maria Soto-Greene, MD, associate dean for special programs at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, has been selected as a member of the 2000-2001 Class of Fellows in the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program for Women. Sponsored by the Institute for Women's Health at Hahnemann University, it is the only national program focusing on preparing women faculty at academic health centers for senior leadership positions. Soto-Greene is the first faculty member from UMDNJ to have been selected to participate in this prestigious program.
