The Volunteer Department at University Hospital is proud to coordinate a dedicated and enthusiastic team of approximately 200 men and woman ranging in age from 16 to 70. Our volunteers are students, retirees and professional career people from the neighboring communities and well beyond. Committed to promoting a service-oriented, caring environment, our main goal is to help the patients and staff in a variety of fun and interesting ways.

Whether they are delivering flowers, feeding a newborn baby, or simply holding the hand of a patient, our volunteers give their time and hearts to make The University Hospital an even better place.
