At the conclusion of the course, instructor candidates
will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and

How to make effective presentations
of PALS information and materials
How to function as the leader and participant in
all components of an PALS provider course
Setting up and using the educational presenatation
tools
How to create, present and lead the PALS teaching
modules
An understanding of the educational philosophy of
the PALS program

Current CPR for Health Care Providers certificate
Current PALS provider certification
A sponsorship letter from your department
