Notes:
- Submission of a loaner request does not guarantee a vehicle will be available (all requests subject to availability)
- Requests must be submitted online (http://www.umdnj.edu/transweb/rentals/loaner.htm)

- All listed rates are inclusive of fuel, tolls, etc.
- Departments are responsible for any traffic or parking fines, including penalties for late payments, while the vehicle is being utilized.
- Departments are responsible for any vehicle damage resulting from driver negligence and/or improper utilization.
- Vehicles returned in an unusually dirty manner will be charged for appropriate cleaning fees.
