RE:              Mandatory On-Line Defensive Driving Course 

This memo is to remind all UMDNJ Departments and Designated Drivers (full time or part time) that University Policy requires drivers take the On-Line Defensive Driving Course every three (3) years.

It is the operating department’s responsibility to confirm their employees are up to date with this mandatory requirement, and to obtain a Defensive Driving Completion Certificate on each of their employees, for audit purposes.  

The processing cost for each driver/certificate will be $5.00.  The new price per certificate is a cost savings of $10.00.  The operating department will be IDT’d this amount on a monthly basis.
