Selective Criteria: This scholarship is open to high school seniors/graduates who have a family adjusted gross income of $30,000 or less for calendar year 2004. The applicant must demonstrate unmet financial need of at least $1,000 after the financial aid award package has been determined. The applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have a cumulative GPA between 2.5 and 3.0 or GED average test score between 42 and 52.
