Selective Criteria: CHCI awards scholarships to Latino students from the fifty U.S. states and Puerto Rico , who have a history of performing public and/or community service activities and who plan to continue contributing in the future. Must demonstrate financial need and have good writing skills. Full-time enrollment in an accredited community college, four year university, or graduate/professional program.
