Loan Information
As a first time borrower of the MEDLOANS Federal Stafford Loan Program or the Graduate Plus Loan you must complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN). These are two separate MPN’s and must be completed prior to the disbursement of your loan proceeds.
Click on the school you are attending, the campus location if necessary and the loan program you wish to complete the MPN for. This will take you to the OpenNet secure log in page.
First time borrowers must create a NEW ACCOUNT with OpenNet in order to access the Master Promissory Note. Click on Create New Account and follow the instructions prior to log-in.
