Commencement 2005
Congratulations to all of our SHRP Graduates and upcoming graduates!
Commencement 2005 will be held on Wednesday, May 25th at the PNC
Bank Arts Center. Students who have applied for graduation and
indicated they will be attending this year’s Commencement
were recently mailed out a confirmation postcard. If you have not
yet received a postcard and had indicated that you were planning
on attending, please contact Enrollment Services immediately at
(973) 972-5454 to confirm you are on the list of students attending
this year’s commencement. Please also contact us if you will
be attending Commencement and did not indicate your cap and gown
information. Cap and Gown information was requested on the Application
for Graduation.
Commencement announcements were mailed to January 2005 graduates
(as well as our web-based program students). Prospective May and
September graduates should receive their announcement/invitation
packages from their Program Director. Invitations are not necessary
for admission to the Commencement.
Academic Attire has been ordered for all students who indicated
on their Application for Graduate that they will be attending Commencement.
Any student who signed up for Commencement but will no longer be
attending must submit ASAP to Enrollment Services a ‘Change
in Attending Commencement Status’ form. All cap and gowns
must be returned following the Commencement ceremony in order for
graduates to receive their diploma. Click here for the Change

Any graduate requesting special needs accommodations for themselves,
friends or family member attendees must submit a Special Needs Services
Request Form to Enrollment Services no later than April 28. Click

A professional photographer will photograph each student while
lining up before crossing the stage. For further information, please

Student cap and gowns will be available for pick-up beginning Tuesday,
May 17th at the respective campuses by program (i.e. DPT students
will receive at Newark campus). Students unable to pick-up their
cap and gowns in person should submit an Academic Attire Authorization
for Release Form.
