Application to the professional component of the BS in CLS Program at UMDNJ can be made throughout the year. However, the following deadlines apply for applicants seeking admission to classes beginning the following year; Applications received beyond the deadline will be accepted if enrollment in the BS in CLS mjaor has not been filled. |

Annual enrollment is limited for each of the BS in CLS majors and admission is competitive based on GPA.
Application Procedures
Applicants from collaborating New Jersey Colleges and Universities must submit the following materials to the UMDNJ-SHRP Office of Enrollment Services.
1) UMDNJ-SHRP application form and application fee. An application form can be obtained by contacting:

2) An official transcript from the collaborating New Jersey college or university. Transcripts must be mailed directly to the UMDNJ-SHRP Office of Enrollment Services by the college or university attended; student copies are not considered official.
3) List of courses in progress and planned by semester.
