Special Event Insurance

 

For certain types of special events, commercial general liability insurance for certain University events is available, upon request, risk management administrative approval, and, also, payment of the insurance premium.  These include, but may not be limited to, the following types of events:

  • Graduation ceremonies
  • Off site events requiring insurance
  • Certain events in which alcoholic beverages will be served, when said event fully complies with the following University policy:

 

Alcohol Regulations; Coding 00-01-10-16:00

The Special Event Insurance Request form must be completed and submitted:

“REQUEST FORM”
