All University contracts are governed by the following standard Terms and Conditions (Exhibit A). Additional terms and condition regarding advertised bids and proposals are contained in Exhibit B. Both files are in PDF format.

The acceptance of a Purchase Order or the submission of bid or proposal is deemed acceptance of these standard Terms and Conditions.
