Digital Design and Video Production Services - University Wide
The University has contracted with eight (8) Contractors for all Digital Design and Video Production Services - University Wide. The award of Proposal # P08-011(S) is effective through May 18, 2012 and may be extended two additional years at the discretion of the University.
The using department will select a Contractor from the awarded list of Digital Design and Video Production Services based upon the specific requirement of the engagement and consideration given to the Contractor’s portfolio and client references related to similar work. Additionally, subjective creativity and design quality may be factors which will be considered in addition to pricing and availability of Contractor.
The selected Contractor will be required to submit an estimate, within three (3) business days, based upon the specifications of the engagement. The University reserves the right to choose another Contractor, from the awarded list, if the first selected contractor does not submit its quote within three (3) days, is not available or can not perform the services within an allotted time frame.
A UMDNJ purchase order will be issued in the amount of the quotation to the selected Contractor as an official method of engagement.
