Catering Services-Central Jersey Campuses The University has contracted with four (4) companies to provide
catering services for UMDNJ, Central Jersey campuses. The award
of proposal P05-022(s) is in effect through June 30, 2008 and
may be extended two additional years at the discretion of the
University. The table below lists vendors name, address and
