Hello, my name is Stanley S. Makarevic and I am the Purchasing Bid Waiver Coordinator responsible for administering and managing the waiver of advertisement procurement process within UMDNJ. All waiver requests are to be directed to the Bid Waiver Coordinator who reviews the request and makes a determination on whether the procurement can be waived under the governing law and procedure. If the procurement is not subject to the waiver process, it will be forwarded to the Purchasing Services Department for advertised bidding.
