Thomas W. Kenyon, Jr.
VP, Supply Chain Management

Tom joined the University in November 2006 as the Executive Director, University Support Services and is now the VP for Supply Chain Management. 

Tom has direct oversight responsibility for the University-wide acquisition process of all purchased goods and services, materials management process and logistical services.

Prior to joining UMDNJ, he led initiatives for four years at the New Jersey Department of Treasury Purchase Bureau designed to improve the contracting and the product/service delivery process of statewide operations.  In addition, he spent over 23 years in the Pharmaceutical and Utility Industries directing operational improvements that covered all areas of Procurement and Materials Management.

Tom holds a degree in Administration from Kean University and was one of the founding members of the Center for Supply Chain Management, Graduate Program at Rutger’s University.
