ADVERTISING SERVICES The University has contracted with eight (8) vendors to provide advertising services for UMDNJ, University-wide. The award of Proposal #P08-134 is in effect April 1, 2009 though March 31, 2012 and may be extended two additional years at the discretion of the University. The following procedure for advertising services should be followed by all UMDNJ Departments prior to making a request to the Contractor. The Marketing Department representative will select a minimum of three Contractors for each campaign or special project to make creative presentations and submit a budget. Contractors will be provided with specific information for the type of advertising services as needed for each engagement. Award selection for each project will be determined by the Marketing Department project manager, who will review and evaluate the responses and quotes received. Quotes will be evaluated based on the Contractor’s experience in the type of advertising service requested and fee structure. A UMDNJ Purchase Order will be issued to the selected Contractor in the amount of the quote submitted as an official method of the engagement award. Submit the requisition to Purchasing Services for processing and attach the quotes to your request in Market Place, when submitting your requisition.
