Graphic Design for PrintThe University has entered into agreement with ten (10) Graphic Designers for the sole purpose of providing graphic design for print. The award of Proposal #P07-099 is effective July 23, 2007 through July 22, 2010, and may be extended two additional years at the discretion of the University. The using department will obtain quotes from at least three (3) graphic designers from the awarded list for a particular project. The Graphic Designers will be provided with specific project detail in order to submit a quotation. In some instances, the Graphic Designer may be asked to meet with a departmental staff member to discuss the project before a Contractor is selected. Experience with the subject, subjective creativity and design quality may be factors which will be considered in addition to pricing. Remember, when submitting an Electronic Requisition, to write the Requisition number on the quotes and forward to Purchasing, Attn: Yvonne Miranda, Liberty Plaza, 2nd Floor, New Brunswick or fax to (732)235-9024. A UMDNJ purchase order will be issued in the amount of the quotation to the selected Contractor as an official method of engagement. NOTE: This RFP does not include digital and interactive development services which include web design, web application, flash animation and programming, CD-ROM development, streaming video services and other areas which need to be hosted on servers.
