Ordering Radioactive Material
Requisitioning Isotopes
In accordance with State & Federal Regulations, all requisitions for isotopes must be submitted to the cognizant campus Radiation Safety Officer for Marketplace approval before being forwarded to the Purchasing Department. The order should include radioactive license holder (PI maintaining current RAM license), isotope, and quantity (mCi) prior to submission for radiation safety review. ORSS requires that all incoming radioactive packages be inspected prior to receipt by laboratories, therefore please use the shipping format indicated below.
