4.3 (c) If an individual receives an exposure which exceeds the 3 rem (0.03 Sv) quarterly limit, but does not exceed the 5 rem (0.05 Sv) annual limit, then the licensee shall limit further exposure to the individual such that the 5 rem (0.05 Sv) annual limit is not exceeded.
