POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN MEDICAL ONCOLOGY

Postdoctoral position: One position, open immediately, to study the role of TGF beta in melanoma development. The projects include: 1) The establishment of stable clones expressing the TGF beta signaling downstream effectors, as well as in the analysis of their biological activity in response to TGF beta; 2) The silencing of specific genes involved in TGF beta signaling.

Applicants should have experience in: a) subcloning; b) transient and stable transfection in mammalian cell systems; c) cell cycle analysis, apoptosis assay; d) motility and invasion assays; e) co-immunoprecipitation and f) mouse handling or animal work.
