This 4-day course on interviewing for tuberculosis contact investigation will cover the basics of communication and interviewing, identification of contacts, providing patient education, initiation of a congregate setting investigation, source case investigations, cultural competency, and use of an interpreter. Teaching methodologies will include lectures, role plays, groups exercises, and peer and expert feedback. Participation is by invitation of the TB program.
