System Requirements: To successfully
access the intranet, your Web browser should be Netscape
7.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
Accessing the Intranet
From the NJMS Intranet Home Page, there are two login options:
a. For New Member -To obtain an intranet password, click on
For New Members:
- You will be prompted to enter you user name and the last four
digits of your social security number or the last four digits of
your University identification number. Click submit.
Note: if the information that you input is not
consistent with that in Banner you will receive an error message,

or call (973) 972-6505.
- You will then be prompted to enter a password of your choice.
Re-type the password for confirmation. Click submit.
- Select and answer a security question. Please be sure to remember
your exact answer, you will be asked to answer this question in
the event you lose your password. Click submit.
- You will then be logged into the NJMS Intranet.
b. Current Members – If you have an intranet password:
- Enter your username and password. Remember that your username
and password are case sensitive. Log in using all lowercase characters
for the username and mixed case characters for the password.
- If you have lost your password, click on
Forgot Your Password?.
