 Topic : Modify Orders

Orders are requests by healthcare providers or records of healthcare activities performed for a patient. They include services (e.g. immunizations), tests/procedures (e.g. blood work and imaging), and referrals (e.g. to an opthalmologist).

The modify orders button and resulting "Update Orders" screen enables users to:

  • Create a new order
  • Relate an order to an issue on a patient's problem list
  • View documents related to an order.
