The Anticoagulation Service "ACS",
sometimes referred to as "Coumadin Clinic", at UMDNJ
- University Hospital is established for the purpose of monitoring
and adjusting anticoagulation therapy for adult ambulatory
care patients at the medical center. This practice accepts
patients who require anticoagulation therapy for any appropriate
