Consults
For inpatient gastroenterology consults,
please contact our secretary at (973) 972-6077 and provide the
following information:
Patient's Name
Patient's MR Number
Patient's Location
Question to be answered by the GI consultant
Contact Name & Number - i.e. Resident
Name/Attending Name & Pager Number
All consults will be answered within 24
hours. During the night or weekends, please contact the
GI Fellow on call for all emergent consults. Please refer
to the GI Call Schedule for additional information.
Referrals
For any out-patient referrals, please contact
Ms. Cindy Jackson at (973) 972-6077 for scheduling. Look
at our referral checklist for information
which you will need to provide.
