Access to electronic resources Nov. 29th

Verizon will be performing maintenance on the University's network early Thursday morning, November 29th, between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. All internet services at UMDNJ may be interrupted at any time during this window, including the Libraries' site and remote access to electronic resources.

Wide Area Network Interruption:

When: November 29th between 00:01 (AM) and 6 (AM) in Northern, Central and Southern NJ.

Impact: Verizon will be performing maintenance, upgrades and service on the Wide Area Network which may impact access to the Internet, the inter-Campus network and remote locations during this time frame.

Details: All work directly affecting wide area network circuits is scheduled to begin no earlier than 00:01 AM on Thursday, November 29th and end no later than 6 AM. The scheduled window for circuit interruptions is (5 to 10) minutes. The circuits may be down for all or part of this window. This is a necessary outage to maintain the integrity of the network.
