Request to Use the UMDNJ - University Libraries

Effective July 9, 2007, a new access policy is being implemented at the UMDNJ – University Libraries, system-wide.  There will be no walk-in access for unaffiliated members of the public unless they first apply for access.

This form must be completed in order to apply for access.  If you are submitting your request electronically, click on the link for the campus library that you wish to visit and provide the required information.  If you want to receive approval via return e-mail, you MUST provide us with your e-mail address.  You may also choose to complete the form in writing while on-site or submit via fax to the campus library of your choice.

Requests will be processed during regular business hours, 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. The fields with an *require completion .
