2. I have a hyphenated last name, so I'm not sure what my Username is.
4. I can't reach full-text when I click links within an Adobe Acrobat PDF document.
You need to enable cookies. For instructions specific to your web browser, please choose from the list
below.
2. Usernames with punctuation or multiple parts.
Hyphens, apostrophes and all other punctuation are removed when your UMDNJ Libraries remote access account is created.
Your Username is based on the information you provided when you registered as a UMDNJ Library patron. If you provided a hyphenated last name, drop the hyphen and leave a space when you login. For example, Sherry Smith-Jones would drop the hyphen and enter smith jones.
If your last name includes an apostrophe, drop the apostrophe but leave no space when you login. Mark O'Rourke would drop the apostrophe and enter orourke.
4. Articles linked within a PDF document.
Our remote access software is unable to provide working URLs for links inside Adobe Acrobat PDF documents. This is due to the static nature of PDF. You may be able to retrieve the article you need by searching for it on the database it resides, or by navigating from the journal title using Find Electronic Journals, not by reaching it via a PDF document.
