Accessing UMDNJ Library resources remotely, from a non-UMDNJ facility
In order to access restricted UMDNJ Library resources from your home, office or other non-UMDNJ site, you will need to use the UMDNJ remote access service. As part of your class registration process, an account has been created for you for UMDNJ Library remote access. This account consists of a Username and a Password:
Username: your last name
Password: the last four digits of your UMDNJ ID Number
For example, John Miller with an UID Number a00256789 would have a Username of miller and a password of 6789.
For those of you with hyphenated last names or last names containing an apostrophe, use the entire last name and drop the hyphen or the apostrophe. For example, Sherry Smith-Jones would have a Username of smithjones. Mark O'Rourke would have a Username of orourke.
