Offsite Records Storage Form - Request For New Account
Offsite Record Storage Vendor: Crown Records Management, located in Keasbey, NJ
Departments not currently utilizing offsite storage may request an archive account by completing the Offsite Records Storage Form – Request for New Account.
This form requires department head and business office approval.
The completed form must be sent to Finance Operations. The form may be sent via interoffice mail, fax (732) 235-9237, or scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
All departments using offsite records storage are required to designate an authorized contact person. Only authorized personnel can process archiving transactions for your department.
Finance Operations will establish a new account with Crown Records Management.
Once approved, Finance Operations will email the designated authorized user his or her username and password into the Crown online records management system and supporting documentation.
