If you choose to participate in this learning experience for continuing
education credit, you must complete the activities as directed;
complete the registration and evaluation forms found online at:
www.umdnj.edu/lactation. A letter documenting your participation
will be sent to you via return mail.

is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The UMDNJ-Center for Continuing Education in the Health Professions
takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity
of this CME activity.
The UMDNJ-Center for Continuing Education in the Health Professions
designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9 hours in
category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.
Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she
actually spent in the educational activity.
The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Ð School
of Health and Related Professions, MS in Clinical Nutrition Program,
in conjunction with the UMDNJ-Center for Advanced and Continuing
Education, is a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accredited
Provider (#UN001) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Registered dietitians (RDs) and dietetic technicians, registered
(DTRs) will receive 10 continuing professional education units (CPEUs)
for completion of this program/materials.
