Revised IST Procedure for After Hours Support
Effective Friday, March 9, 2007, to request after hours emergency support, please call the IST Service Center @ 732-743-3200 and select option 1, to report a major outage. Your call will then be routed to IST support personnel. If there is no answer, please leave a detailed message including your name and call back number(s) and your call will be promptly returned. The IST Emergency Pager and cell phone will be de-commissioned as part of this revised procedure.
