Sharon Lindsay holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from University of Southern Carolina. Prior to joining BRTI as a liaison for the Children's Initiative, Sharon worked as a Training Consultant for Catholic Community Servies in Newark. In addition, Sharon was EAP Director for Union County, offering clinical assessment, referral and short-term counseling for both union and management affililated with Union County. Sharon's career has spanned more than twenty years in the educational and mental health sectors, focusing her energies in inpatient, outpatient and healthcare settings. She now focuses her energies on developing and implementing the NJ Children's Iniative, working with the state of New Jersey to improve service delivery in the mental health sector.
