Robert Ford graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Rutgers College in 1991. After two corporate positions (the last being with Phillips-Van Heusen), Bob came to UMDNJ-UBHC in April of 1996. He worked in the Clinical Director's office (now the Department of Accreditation and Standards) for almost five years, with the task of clinically privileging all UBHC clinical staff and credentialing appropriate clinicians for our many managed care contracts. Now Bob is a Training and Consultation Specialist with Training and Consultation Resources in the Behavioral Research and Training Institute. He is involved in training UBHC staff in the new clinicial work station (CSM) as well as organizing UBHC orientation and is responsible for many other training projects.
