Yoga at Noon

 

Please join us every Wednesday, 12-1 PM

for yoga in the Gellene Room, MSB, B-515.

  • Breathing practices that calm the mind and relax or energize the body
  • Postures and stretches (Asanas) that promote strenghth and flexibility
  • Progressive relaxation to rest the body and mind

Wear stretchy or loose clothing. Yoga mats (supplied by the Cross Cultural Integrative Medicine

Group) and rugs are available, or you may bring your own.


These gentle, yet powerful, practices can help you deal more effectively with stress and live a healthier and happier life. Why not give it a try?

$1 per class fee is requested to help defray costs and purchase additional yoga equipment.
