Banner HR Module Security
Apply for access to the Banner HR Module if you are a Department Administrator by calling our Senior HRIS Analyst at 973-972-3925 or 2-3925.
Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF) EPAF is a technology that significantly reduces paper flow between the schools and operating units, Human Resources and Payroll. EPAF eliminates the Staff Information Adjustment Form (SIAF), electronically processing separations, salary changes, leaves of absence and organizational codes. Name Change Management System
An e-name change process developed by HRIS and IS&T which resides on the my.UMDNJ portal, Employee Self-Service channel. The process eliminates paper processing and reduces workflow. Social Security cards must be presented to HR Data Administration. Click here to learn more.
Online Employment Verifications
Employment verifications are received by HRIS campus-wide, daily. We have e-enabled the process to automatically fax confirmations to requesting agencies. Verifications are processed upon receipt of an employee authorization to release information.
Report Library Automated System (RLAS)
RLAS is a self-service, web-based tool with customized reports. RLAS is integrated with Banner and provides real-time data in a highly secure environment. If you are a Department Administrator, call 973-972-1853 to learn how RLAS can assist with your HR reporting needs.
