Total Compensation Statements
All benefits eligible faculty and staff will be receiving their personalized 2009 Total Compensation Statements at their home address on or about September 30, 2009. They will be sent to eligible employees on the payroll as of June 30, 2009 and working 20 or more hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis.
The Total Compensation Statement provides an overview of the University’s comprehensive Employee Benefits Package as of June 30, 2009. It also serves as a means for employees to evaluate their current benefit plan coverage. Eligible employees are requested to review the statement and determine if the benefit plans they are currently enrolled in are meeting their (including eligible dependents) needs. Please refer to the Summary Description Sheet and a 2009 Total Compensation Statement sample for more information.
