Part-time employees (less than 35 hours per week) enrolled in a state administered pension plan are eligible for enrollment in NJ DIRECT15 and the Employee Prescription Drug Plan. Prescription drug coverage is contingent upon enrollment in NJ DIRECT15.

During this open enrollment period eligible SHBP members may:

1. Enroll in the NJ DIRECT15 and Prescription Drug Program (PDP), if not previously enrolled.
   
   
2. Add eligible dependents to their present coverage who were not previously enrolled during the 60-day notice period or drop dependents which can be done at any time during the year.

The employees will pay the full cost of their coverage. The Division of Pensions and Benefits will bill enrolled employees on a monthly basis and payments will be made directly to the Division by the employee.
